According to TMZ, Jay-z is being sued by Air Platinum Holding, a private Jet company that are saying Jay-Z had spent 55 hours heir planes back in 2009, but he only paid them 37 hours of service. Air Platinum also said Jay-z dodge them for other payments as well.
